General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all transactions concluded with Charlotte Everard of Harzir Atelier, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller". By placing an order, the buyer accepts these conditions without reservation.

Article 2: Products

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Charlotte Everard website of Harzir Atelier. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and exclude delivery costs. Charlotte Everard of Harzir Atelier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4: Order

The order is validated when the buyer accepts these general conditions of sale by checking the box provided for this purpose and confirms his order. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The buyer may pay by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the Seller.

Article 6: Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. Charlotte Everard of Harzir Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Article 7: Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the buyer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

Article 8: Guarantees

All products supplied by Charlotte Everard of Harzir Atelier benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the exchange or refund of defective or non-compliant products.

Article 9: Intellectual property

All elements of the Charlotte Everard de Harzir Atelier website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

Article 10: Liability

The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Article 11: Disputes

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12: Legal information

The seller collects personal information about the buyer necessary to manage his order. In accordance with the law, the buyer has the right to access, modify and delete personal data concerning him.
